Term Two – All students receive a comprehensive report that details students level of progress and achievement against the VELS (Victorian Essential Learning Standards), for Years 7 – 10 and progress and achievement against outcomes for VCE students. Individual reports provide study details and student achievements for Semester One. Year 10 to 11 Reports also include student mid-year exam results and School Assessed Coursework results. Year 12 Reports include details of student progress in their studies and provides areas for improvement in Semester Two.
Term Three - Parent / Teacher Interview Evening, held within the last two weeks of term for Years 7 – 9 and Week 6 or 7 of Term 3 for Years 10 – 12, at the respective campuses. All students will receive an Interim Report for Term 3. The Parent Teacher Interviews are held significantly earlier at the Pasco Campus due to official classes finishing earlier at the senior level. This allows teachers the opportunity to discuss with parents, in a timely manner, the support able to be provided prior to the commencement of exams.
Term Four - All students in Years 7 - 11 receive a comprehensive report that details students level of progress and achievement against the VELS (Victorian Essential Learning Standards), for Years 7 – 10 and progress and achievement against outcomes for VCE students. Year 12 students are able to receive a School Letter of Reference should they apply for one. This includes contributions by teachers that allows for overall comment about the students’ contribution to the school community and programs as well as commitment, work habits and results.
