The school conducts a range of leadership programs to allow students to take an active role in their own education.

School Captains are selected by interview and each enrichment and extension area is led by a student captain. As our ambassadors, they take the lead in fundraising, organising special events and public speaking on various occasions. High priority is given to shared decision making and students input is encouraged via representation on school committees and through the Student Representative Council.
